Maintenance

In order to prevent system outages similar to the one recently caused by the accidental shutdown of the SQL database, changes need to be applied to the database. These operations require a reboot of the database to apply, and as a result the system will be unavailable for approximately ten minutes.

During this scheduled maintenance window, deskbird will be performing a major version release that requires approximately 30 minutes of system downtime to complete. All services except for the corporate website will be impacted. Updates will be provided following completion of the maintenance/upgrade.
